The drain point and cap is used to install a 3" polystyrene drain pipe under a 6 Ft. sidewalk. The drain pipe itself is mounted over the shaft and slips over the point on the front and the cap in the rear which holds it in place. Then the entire assembly is driven under the sidewalk and the drain pipe is carried into the ground at the same time as the hole is being made with the Bullet Mole.
