        Underground Pipe
Solutions and the Bullet Mole solved a serious problem for which I could find no other answer.

Irrigation lines began badly leaking under two of my driveways. One driveway is 17 feet wide, the other 18 feet. This is in Las Vegas, where the ground is made up of caliche and big rocks.

I contacted five concrete firms, looking for one that would saw through the concrete driveways to insert pipe and repair the surface. Every company gave me the same answer: We don’t do that kind of work. I was getting desperate when I found the Bullet Mole.

I won’t pretend that penetrating the ground below
my driveways was easy; in fact it may have been the ultimate test for the Bullet Mole. But I was impressed when I first saw the equipment. It is extremely well designed and fabricated. I don’t know what kind of alloy they used to make the metal points, but driving them through 35 feet of nearly impervious dirt and rocks barely scratched them. The Bullet Mole is incredibly tough. The mole went through, followed by the PVC pipe with a Bullet Mole point.

The job took longer than I expected, but I could not have asked for more support than I got from Steve. He was perfect to work with, gave me a number of great ideas, and was patient to the end. I still do not know any other way I could have solved this problem had I not found the Bullet Mole. I have no other connection to the company or Steve than that of a satisfied customer, but I wanted to express my gratitude to such an expert and customer-friendly company.

I am currently in the Dog Fence business and continually look for ways to improve my product. Traditional installations consist of cleaning out cracks in driveways
and sidewalks in order to lay the wire. Over time I began to research options of how to go under these to offer additional wire protection which increases
pet safety. I have broken several options that are out there so I was a bit skeptical about the Bullet Mole when I first saw it. I was very picky when researching because I did not want to use any type of water when boring. After
years on sidewalks and slowly moving to driveways I can honestly say I am hooked on this tool. It does everything it claims and the customer support is
outstanding. I have called several times with questions and any issues I ran into only to find a prompt reply and a solution. I deal with all types of soil and no matter how rocky, the mole always goes through. If you plan to buy this my only suggestion would be to call and tell them about the soil conditions you
run into and ask about all of the extraction methods/ideas. That alone will save you a tremendous amount of time and give you a better product.
